Wetron processes your personal data for the following purposes:

– The agreement of a contract in which you have instructed us to supply goods and/or services or arising therefrom
– Conducting the administration, as well as other internal management activities
– To be able to contact you if and insofar as this is necessary in the context of our services and/or if you request this yourself
– Compliance with legal obligations
– Sending our newsletters and meeting invitations
– Conducting customer satisfaction surveys
– Creating user statistics
– For a good assessment of applicants/candidates
– With regard to employees under the employment contract to comply with the legal requirements

On what basis we process personal data verwerken
The legal basis for the purposes of processing referred to above may be

– Execution of the agreement concluded with you

– Promoting legitimate interests of Wetron or a third party

Automated decision making and profiling
We do not make decisions based on automated processing on matters that (significantly) can have consequences for individuals, nor do we use profiling.

How long we keep personal data
Wetron will not store your personal data longer than necessary to achieve the goals for which your data is processed.

Sharing personal data with third parties
Wetron does not provide personal data to third parties who use the data for their own purposes. The foregoing is only different when:

– You have given your prior consent for the relevant provision
– We are legally obliged to provide personal data
– This is necessary in the context of the implementation of the agreement concluded with you
– These are provided to third parties / external partners of Wetron in the context of necessary data processing in outsourcing activities.

The processing will take place on the basis of a processing agreement.

Cookies, or similar techniques, that we use
Wetron only uses technical and functional cookies. In addition, Wetron also uses analytical cookies that do not infringe on your privacy. The cookies we use are necessary for the technical operation of the website and your ease of use. They make sure that the website works properly and remembers your preferred settings, for example. We can also optimize our website. You can also delete all information previously saved through your settings in your browser.

View, modify or delete data
You have the right to view, correct or delete your personal data. In addition you have the right to withdraw or object to your consent to the data processing against the processing of your personal data by Wetron. You have the right to contact us, in which you can submit a request for the personal data we hold in a computer file or another organization mentioned by you. We respond to your request as quickly as possible, in any case within four weeks.

Complaints procedure
If you feel that we are not helping you in the right way, you have the right to file a complaint serve with the supervisor. This is the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
